A Pause

Amongst the chaos as everyone {husband, children and Ja'mum included) pitched in to help fill a rather large tinK.vintage order...we welcomed a much needed pause when David brought in the mail. In his hands he held a single card in a simple envelope with a familiar red cross.We took a moment as we passed the card around reading its hand written contents. When it was Hugh's turn, his face filled with pride. The past few days when each room was overcome by bits of yarn, needles and knitting kits...when our moods were overwhelmed by the same....it was this card that reminded us to slow down...get along...and pause.xo
